Over the last decade I’ve devoted my career to cooking in some of New York’s hottest kitchens (pun intended), like Bagatelle NYC, Spice Market, The John Dory Oyster Bar, and many other exciting establishments.
Now, I’ve decided to pair my passionate love for food and invaluable training techniques I’ve learned, and offer gourmet style food in the most convenient way possible…in your home.
