I have almost a decade of experience in the restaurant industry. The bulk of my experience comes from my fine-dining positions. However, between the high-volume restaurants and the more intimate settings, I have always been a teacher to my staff. One of my strengths is the ability to teach efficiently. Anything you want to learn, I will teach you and make sure you retain the information so that you can reproduce it in your own kitchen. The lessons can be tailored for large parties or simply as a date-night event for you and one other.
